PC STRAND FROM YUANXIAN HIGH TECH HAS FOLLOWING FEATURES,
1. Surface of pc strand is very good, no lose of any cross section area .
Question : how we control this quality?
Answer: we use high quality of brushed powder as 9 times lubricant in wire drawing process . The brushed powder is produced under ISO9001 quality system by reputated manufacturer.
2. High Tensile strength , high elongation , very low relaxation.
Question : how we control this quality?
Answer:
(1), Stable quality continuity of high T/S , high elongation and low relax from the first coil to the last coil in one lot thanks to our full sets of imported equipments from Europe.
(2), Physical mechanics Test is to all the coils to inspect the final actual tensile strength , elongation rate of every coil.
(3), Repeated spectrographic test help us to analyse the chemical composition of wire rod , and choose the best raw material to effectively delay the occurrence of yield, and produce the pc strand with very low relaxation less than 1.2% in 1000 hours.
3. PC Strand’s cost more economic
Question : how we control this ?
Answer:
(1) we have our laboratory , we did do thousands of test to the SWRH82B wire rod from main suppliers in the market , meanwhile , we repeated the wire drawing produce , strictly choose and control the quality of raw material . Under a high requirement , the breaking times in drawing and stranding control to close zero , this reduce produce cost largely.
(2) from the feedback of our clients , releasing our coils is easier than releasing coils from other supplier , this could save our clients’ cost.
4. high performance of stress corrosion resistance
Question : how we control this ?
Answer:
In our factory , every lot of raw material will do metallographic test.
