Are intended to Zernoplyushchilki for preparation of friable components of the compound feeds having considerable advantages in comparison with crushing on crushers of molotkovy type:
- digestibility of a forage to ~ 95% increases (on molotkovy ~ 70%);
- the electric power expense decreases;
- the amount of dust, a muchka decreases;
Features of a design:
Machines are manufactured from high-strength staly, rolls pig-iron or steel from a riflyama and with regulation of working gaps, a possibility of change of height of legs, for large zernovykh of leguminous are provided system with three rolls (two passes) allowing to regulate fraction of a grinding, the cartridge with a magnetic trap, two options of transfer of the drive (maple belts or cogwheels), a possibility of installation of a filler of bags, grain supply regulation is provided.
Are applied by Zernoplyushchilki as independently, and as a part of technological lines to production of compound feeds, especially when existence of a large number of a muchka is not desirable (for example, when feeding a bird)
