General information about the car
The body of vacuum meat cutter it is completely tight, contains the integrated ventilating system. All body of the car, all most important parts and bowl are manufactured of stainless steel. The car is equipped with the control unit with the digital interface for regulation of all available data, including speeds of the movement of bladed roller, turns of bowl and temperature.
