The defectoscope is intended for secondary ultrasonic control an echo - pulse and mirror and shadow by methods of one thread of a railway track, and also for control of rails of railroad switches. Contains three independent defektoskopichesky channels, two of which work with inclined piezoelectric converters for detection of internal defects in a rail head, and one - with the separate combined converter for detection of defects in a rail neck. Indication of results of control is carried out by a sound signaling device. Indications of the established strengthening of the channel and a depth of defects are made on a digital board. For convenience of control of rails and elements of railroad switches the electronic block, the block of converters, a tank for the contacting liquid are fixed on a special bar. All components and accessories are placed in a bag, convenient for carrying. It is intended for replacement of the operated URDO-3 defectoscope in comparison with which has the following advantages: * sensitivity of an ekhometod is increased and its stability in the range of working temperatures is improved; * rated adjustment of strengthening of the receiver (dB) is entered; * the possibility of measurement of a depth of reflectors is entered; * productivity and reliability of control due to increase in number of independent channels and application of special programs of control of the verification regimes and submission of information operated by the microprocessor are increased.
