The All - metal Expanded Grid (AMEG) – represents a metal leaf which prosekatsya at the same time and extended by the top knives of the machine in the cells of a diamond - shaped form (on knife geometry) located in chessboard order.
In the course of production there is practically no waste left, the grid of TsPVS is cheaper than the analogs – grids "chain - link" and a welded wire grid. It is easier cut and cut, has smaller specific weight at identical consumer properties, is visually esthetic. Has integral structure at all length of a cloth of a grid that positively affects when reinforcing any surfaces and using a grid as a protection.
The expanded grid differs among themselves in thickness of an initial leaf, submission of the sheet and the size of a cell. Changing one of these parameters at the invariable others it is possible to receive essentially other grid on rigidity and by the extract size (roll length).
