Transportations of superbulky, bulky and heavy goods.
Bulky (non-standard) goods are the freights having the sizes (length, height, width, weight) the exceeding established maximum admissible sizes.
On railway transport it is roughly possible to carry freights which mass exceeds 60 t, length – 14 m (length of a standard platform of 13,3 m), width – 3,25 m, and height – 4 m to this type of freights. At the same time the maximum weight of freight is limited to 500 t, and opportunities of transportations – the sizes of tunnels and bridges, and also the small bearing ability of the last.
Rail transportation of bulky goods is the most optimal variant for their transportation, especially on averages and a long distance. 20 tons are a standard limit for the majority of trucks, and by means of railway transport freights practically of any weight can be transported (to 500 tons).
The Simplextrans company most often carries out the following transportations of oversized equipment from Turkey, Europe, foreign countries to the CIS countries and in the opposite direction:
- transportation of construction equipment (excavators, bulldozers, graders, trucks)

To begin study of such transportation we need to receive from the client the drawing of oversized positions in several projections with the indication of the sizes, and also information on weight and the name of freight, on a route, terms and volumes of transportation.
We carry out all process of transportation of bulky goods in several stages:
- development of the scheme of fastening and loading of freight on the railway car (a platform, the gondola car, the conveyor)
- the approval of the developed scheme in oversized department of management of the railroad.

- application for the plan of loading and coordination of transportation with all transit roads
- purchase of fixing materials
- giving of the car on a loading branch, loading and fastening of freights according to the coordinated scheme
- in case of transportation of special equipment – removal of headlights, janitors, accumulators, etc. also their loading in a cabin, a zadelyvaniye of glasses and fragile elements protective material (plywood, polyfoam).
- in ports – drawing up the transit declaration, performance as the sender at the request of the sender (obtaining the power of attorney from the sender is necessary)
- registration of laid on SMGS and loading list
- delivery of freight to the railroad
- payment of station collecting (giving cleaning of cars, idle times)
- photography of freight and providing photos about the done work to the customer by e-mail
- in case of special equipment – production of twirls and sending the second copy of keys by means of services mail express. As often it happens that keys are lost in transit, the consignee cannot unload equipment at a station of destination that involves huge expenses for idle time and protection of cars waiting for the second copy of keys.
- protection of freight by the conductors going by the separate car (only at the request of the client).
We ask to take into account that time for obtaining all permissions, schemes, fastenings and shipment can take of 5-7 days (in ports) up to 3-5 weeks (when loading at internal stations). Therefore we always ask clients to declare freights to transportation and to provide all necessary documents beforehand.
When transporting bulky goods from Turkey and Europe to the CIS countries our company by autotrawls brings freight from the customer's warehouse to port of transfer with a further overload on the ferry/vessel/container and delivery to the port of Ukraine, Russia or Georgia. Here freight is overloaded and fastens on cars and goes to the recipient's address.
In certain cases not dimension is delivered from Europe and Turkey directly to railway station of the CIS where it is overloaded on cars.
