Tinned peas

Peas — an annual siliculose plant. Grows in the different countries, with that number and in Russia. The pod is edible, but usually in food the ripened green grains which preserve are used and use in a tinned look. It is very useful.
Contains protein, cellulose, carbohydrates, iron, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin C, vitamins of group B — B1, B2, B6. Peas are useful still that it lowers cholesterol level. Resists to cancer and exerts beneficial influence on bone system. Reduces fatigue, anemia, improves cerebration, helps immune system.
