Thermoforming equipmen

The thermoforming equipment is intended for packing of food and nonfood products with vacuum and/or with the modified gas environment (MGE).

The essence of process of packing on such equipment consists in formation of a film of a tray which is filled with production then from it air is pumped out, gas mix is pumped (as necessary), there is a soldering by other film and its exact undercutting in a form of final packing. Usually lower film (under formation of a tray) more rigid, than top, but the most different options of registration of production are possible.

Molding, filling and soldering is made on the same line which works cyclically.

The thermoforming packing equipment is an ideal choice concerning completely automatic packing of products of the same look. The scope of these cars is extremely wide taking into account a variety of types of packaging which can make thermoforming machines - vacuum packing, packing in MGS, packing with effect of "the second skin" (skin-effect), blisterny packing.
