THERMAL INSULATION OF PLASTER FACADES

As warm, sound insulation in systems of external warming of walls with a protective and decorative layer from thin layer plaster the heater with the increased density is applied (density of 135-150 kg/m3). As the heater in system of a plaster facade bears on itself very high loading, it also has to have high durability on a separation of layers. The standard sizes of plates of 600 mm - width, 1000/1200mm - length. The heater is available to plaster systems in plates 4 cm, 5 cm, 6 cm, 8 cm and 10 cm thick.

Heat-insulating plates are mounted by special glue structure which has to be applied completely on a product surface. Mechanical fastenings are used a special view with big hats and they settle down, as a rule, between heater strips.

Plates from mineral wool on the basis of rocks are absolutely nonflammable material. For this reason the basalt heater can be applied to warming of facades of buildings of any number of storeys.
