The ultrasonic defectoscope UDS2-RDM-33 (the new all-weather ultrasonic defectoscope for work in severe climatic conditions)

The defectoscope is intended for ultrasonic control of welded connections of railway rails and other products from carbonaceous and alloyed staly and alloys. The defectoscope can be used also for secondary control of the railway rails of the P43, P50, P65, P75 type laid at way by results of the mechanized control by the ultrasonic and combined cars defectoscopes and railcars, and also for dosvarochny control of trailer sites of rails before their welding at the relsosvarochny enterprises or in way. The two-channel defectoscope realizes an echo method, a shadow method, a mirror and shadow method, a mirror method and the delta a method of ultrasonic control at the combined, separate and combined schemes of separate inclusion. - Range of working temperatures from minus 40╟C to +50╟C. - Pylevodozashchishchenny, shock-resistant, vibration-proof execution.
