ALL-WELDED MASSIVE Staninavypolnena from thick-walled profiles of rectangular section 10 mm thick that provides high degree of rigidity of a design of the machine, resistance to static and dynamic loadings, absorbs vibrations during the work. High geometrical precision of the milled platforms under guides is reached at the expense of a technological capability of processing of beds for one installation on the metalworking centers with ChPU. It gives the chance to receive guaranteed high precision and quality when processing preparations of any sizes.

The MASSIVE STEEL PORTAL Is made of the thick-walled profiles of rectangular section 8 mm thick (strengthened to 16 mm in places of interfaces) that provides high degree of rigidity of a portal of the machine, resistance to static and dynamic loadings. High geometrical precision of the milled platforms under guides is reached at the expense of a technological capability of processing of portals for one installation on the metalworking centers with ChPU. At the expense of this design, it is possible to receive guaranteed high precision and quality when processing preparations practically from any materials at extremely possible maximum speeds of processing.

The STRENGTHENED DESIGN of SUPPORT of the PORTAL Is increased the basic basic platform, and now it has "-T" - a figurative form with two additional fixing bolts (now openings there were six instead of four). During these changes rigidity of a portal considerably increased, and also resistance to deformations grew by 70%.

Due to milling of additional air channels on a working surface of a table, and also increase in diameters of openings for removal of air, efficiency of a clip grew more than by 30%. It allowed to carry out processing even of small details at high speeds without risk of their shift. The desktop of the machine represents synthesis of a vacuum table and aluminum table with "-T" - - grooves. The big course on an axis "-Z" - - 300 mm allows to use as well special equipment (suckers, templates, etc.) . All this gives the maximum flexibility and the amplest opportunities at the choice of a way of fixing of preparation. The vacuum table is broken into four zones for convenience of fixing of preparations of various dimensions. All models of Beaver machines about a possibility of vacuum fastening of preparations have a special design of a table which allows to fix preparation, both by means of vacuum, and by means of mechanical clips. It allows to switch-off the vacuum pump and to save the electric power in case of the processing which is not demanding frequent change of preparations or processing on preparation perimeter.

PNEUMATIC EMPHASIS FOR BASING of PREPARATIONS the Pneumatic emphasis for basing of preparations allows to simplify considerably work of the operator of the machine since this process is rather labor-consuming and a lot of things depend on the operator on how many precisely he will be able to establish preparation on a working surface of a table. Use of an emphasis allows to increase productivity for 5-15%. An emphasis has a possibility of adjustment and works from a pedal moving forward only at the necessary moment and further coming back to a starting position without preventing work of a spindle.

The SYSTEM of CARTRIDGE GREASING of GUIDES "-THK-LACS" - (JAPAN) Allows to provide necessary greasing of guides on axes of movement of X, Y, Z, at the same time the amount of lubricant is accurately dosed and is spent in the minimum quantity. This cartridge system allows to lower considerably time for service of the machine and risk of damage of guides due to insufficient or excess amount of lubricant.
