Four-channel DNK-amplifikator Tertsik is intended for carrying out amplification in test tubes on 0,5 ml. The device is executed in the form of the uniform module uniting 4 independently operated thermoblocks.
Advantages of use of a multichannel amplifikator of Tertsik:
• it is possible to install up to 10 test tubes in each thermoblock with a capacity of reactionary mix from 10 to 50 mkl-
• three methods of regulation of temperature of reactionary mix:
– passive (on block temperature) -
– two active methods (mathematical model) -
• the liquid-crystal graphic display allows to create programs and to control the process course without use of the personal computer -
• a possibility of work in a complex with any IBM compatible computer -
• high uniformity of temperature inside termobloka-
• silent work.
Improvement of quality of reaction is explained by improvement of conditions of annealing of primers, preservation of high activity of a DNA polymerase and reduction of quantity of nonspecific products
amplifications.
The Mnogokanalnost of the device allows:
• at the same time to put several various diagnostikum at complex researches -
• to work independently to several users -
• to accelerate optimization of new reactions -
• to process to 40 samples for one cycle of operation of the device, according to one program at mass researches.
