With system of water supply spontaneously - MELAtronic 17, 11 of liters - MELAtronic 23, 19 of liters The MELAG firm established new criteria of quality in the field of standard autoclaves, having released the autoclaves MELAtronic®17 and MELAtronic®23. In addition to the tested technology and reliability of many thousands of made standard autoclaves of types 17 and 23, MELAtronic®17 and MELAtronic®23 are equipped with electronic control. It allowed, besides display of parameters of sterilization on the digital display, to realize electronic control by operation of the autoclave. Temperature and time of sterilization are controlled by electronics. Thus, the end of process of disinfecting in a phase of sterilization happens only when the microprocessor, on reaching temperature of sterilization, pressure and appropriate time gives on this permission. Deviations from successful process of sterilization are displayed on the display together with diagnostics of mistakes. Both MELAtronic® models correspond to all existing legislative instructions of safety. They passed bacteriological and technical tests (examination of Association of technical control, examination on reliability check). MELAtronic®17 and MELAtronic®23 work according to two programs for the choice: 1 bar = 121 °C and 2 bar = 134 °C. MELAtronic®17 contains 3 pallets, MELAtronic®23 - at choice of 5 pallets or 3 standard cartridges. For effective drying of MELAtronic®17 and MELAtronic®23 are equipped with function of additional drying and function of preliminary heating of a working chamber. In both devices the distilled water contains in the built-in tank and is used by the principle of the closed cycle. The working camera is manufactured of the high-quality alloyed steel, and all other paroprovodyashchy details - of corrosion-proof materials.
