Description
MULTICAL® 602 - the multipurpose calculator of energy of heat and cooling. It is operated with the flowmeters equipped pulse
exit, and in the 2nd and 4-wire pairs of sensors of temperature. The advanced functions of the calculator are available at operation with ULTRAFLOW® flowmeters.
The counter has magnificent accuracy during all service life. Not
demands service that reduces expenses on its operation to
to minimum. MULTIСAL® 602 is used for measurement of energy in water
systems of heating, cooling and the combined systems of heating/cooling with temperatures from 2 °C to 180 °C when heating and from 2 °C to 50 °C when cooling.
Functions
MULTICAL® 602 is used for the accounting of heat with flowmeters of ULTRAFLOW® 54 and pair of sensors of temperature. Range of nominal expenses from m3 qp 0.6 /ч to 1,000 m3/h. To the accounting of cooling of MULTICAL® 602 it is applied complete with pair of sensors of temperature and flowmeters of ULTRAFLOW® 14 (a nominal expense to m3/h qp 100) or ULTRAFLOW® 54 flowmeters (with nominal expenses from m3/h qp 150 to m3/h qp 1,000). The calculator can work with flowmeters with a nominal expense to m3/h qp 3,000. MULTICAL 602 has the huge choice of communication modules and the built-in real time clock (RTC) that allows to build in easily it the existing systems irrespective of a way of information transfer. The counter can be equipped with modules LON, SIOX, M-Bus, RS232, BACnet MS/TP, Metasys N2 and Ethernet/IP for wire communication. If the counter needs to be integrated into system of a wireless communication, it is possible to choose modules of radio, wireless M-Bus, ZigBee or GSM/GPRS modules, 3G GSM/GPRS or the Radio Router of High Power which demand installation of the module of food of high power. System of self-testing of the calculator and archivers give ample opportunities for detection of malfunctions and mistakes in operation of the metering device and system, and also the analysis of energy consumption. The counter makes continuous monitoring of key working parameters own elements and system correctness of operation of the device, existence of food, leak and gaps in the pipeline or the wrong direction of a stream of the heat carrier. In case of detection of an emergency situation the blinking INFO symbol appears on the display. MULTICAL® 602 keeps consumption parameters in annual, monthly, daily and hourly archives. It provides an opportunity to completely control and analyze operation of system. Optimization of working processes in case of counter power off data of consumption will be kept. It provides reliable commercial calculations for consumed resources. The lithium battery which equips counters has long service life - till 13 years with the module of Wireless M-Bus or Radio. MULTICAL® 602 with ULTRAFLOW® and specially picked up pair of sensors temperatures are guaranteed by the accuracy of measurements even at the minimum differences of temperatures. Long-term stability and accuracy of measurements of sensors of an expense is not subject to influences of speed of a stream, turbulentnost of a stream or wear. It reaches optimization of working processes and decrease in expenses on operation of a heat meter.
