Description of the meat grinder Torgmash of MIM-300:
The electric meat grinder Torgmash of MIM-300 of desktop type with connection to the three-phase alternating current main is intended for crushing of meat and fish on forcemeat, repeated crushing of cutlet weight and stuffing of sausages. It is the most widespread and the car checked by time at various catering establishments which deserved an excellent assessment on reliability and quality of work.
The MIM-300 meat grinder is issued from stainless steel with the cutting knot in the aluminum case. Management from two main buttons is located on lateral face of the car. Almost silent engine has the worm reducer ensuring smooth and uniform functioning of the car and considerably reducing need for carrying out adjustments and need for maintenance performance. In the MIM-300 meat grinder the system of replaceable knives Unger or ½ Unger by means of which it is possible to pick up the most optimal variant for receiving forcemeat of different extent of crushing is applied. The fixed safety lock located over a loading opening excludes a possibility of hit of a hand of service personnel to the screw of the working meat grinder.
The meat grinder with a set of knives, the drive and a removable bowl is included in the package of the MIM-300 meat grinder actually. The industrial MIM-300, MIM-600 meat grinders are installed in production rooms and provide rigid fastening on a special regular support (it is got separately). At installation of the MIMES meat grinders on a table rubber legs are used, rigid fastening is not required.
