Purpose of material
Mastic is intended for gluing of plates from extrusive expanded polystyrene to bituminous, bituminous and polymeric insulating materials, and also to concrete, metal, wooden surfaces in systems of isolation of the bases.
Description of material
Mastic the pasting TECHNONI KOHL is made No. 27 on the basis of oil bitumen, a special complex of fillers and organic solvent. Has a pastelike consistence which allows to fix reliably heat-insulating plates on vertical surfaces. Material is completely ready to application, is simple in use.
Features
Mastic is applied in the form of points or strips by means of the pallet or the edge pallet. Mastic has to be applied on all corners and in the center of the plate which is subject to fastening. When drawing by strips their width has to be not less than 40 mm, and quantity not less than four on square meter. At dot fastening mastic distribute spots with an expense on 50-80g mastics on each spot. Spots are distributed evenly on 10 pieces on 1 sq.m.
Storage:
To store in the dry, protected from light place at a temperature from -20 °C to 30 °C. Warranty period of storage-12 months.

For a prikleyka of plates of Extrusive expanded polystyrene - 0,5-1,0 kg/m ².
Security measures
Not to apply near sources of naked flame. To carry out works in well aired rooms. To avoid hit on skin and in eyes.
Packing
Mastic is packed into metal eurobuckets on 22 and 12 kg.
