The large-format press on the HP Designjet 500 plus Chisinau printer

Technology of the press. Thermal inkjet printing.

Chromaticity. 4 cartridges (blue, purple, yellow, black).

Maximum width of the press. 904 mm - with a width of material of 914 mm, 1005 mm - with a width of 1067 mm. In our printing salon we generally use materials with a width of 914 mm.

Quality of the press. 600-1200 dpi - photoquality of the press. Ink on a water basis, is absorbed in material. Drawing a printing layer requires a special covering on material. The technology allows to reproduce precisely sequence of transfer of colors, smooth color transitions (shades) uniform the painted sites of images (without strips), the press of accurate lines and curves, the clear text at the minimum font size.

Materials for the press. Photographic paper (opaque, 140 g/m2 and glossy, 190 g/m2), paper usual, paper technical, a film, paper for trial prints, self-adhesive paper and a film, canvas.

Scope. Indoors. External use requires additional protection (lamination).

Press speed. Photoquality - 3 items of m an hour. The printing of drawings - 4,5 items of m an hour.

Production terms. Depending on loading of the plotter - of 15 minutes till several o'clock.
