The hinged equipment "ORTECO PV 11000" for swamping of wooden columns when strengthening soil of slopes, beds of the rivers, etc. Technical characteristics: - weight is 986 kg. ; - diameter quickly 890x690 mm. ; - pressure of max. 13/15 MPas; - power of the centrifuge is 5 147 kg. ; - frequency of 2000 RPM. ; - expense of hydrodynamic 113 l/min. ; - height is 700 mm. ; - hydraulic system of capture of racks. "PV 11000" is vibration machine with hydraulic capture of column. Capture of column can be two types: with the piston and pipe of guide post or with "clip" and guide ring for column. The machine has been developed for driving in of wooden columns on agricultural allotments on coast of the rivers and on dams. Columns which can be hammered have to have the following sizes: diameter is 150 - 250 mm, length is up to 6000 mm. The system of capture of column serves for capture and its movement without participation of the person where support of column happens in dangerous locations, and sometimes and in water therefore it is possible to work in safety and with the smallest number of workers. For work of excavator installation weighing 18 - 22 tons it is necessary to have two systems of hydraulics: the first - giving and free return to tank, the second - double action with the minimum expense and low pressure (10 l/min and 50 bars). Usually the machine is used for strengthening of dams and dams on the rivers which fall off. At first the ditch escapes and several columns are hammered into dam, then everything is again covered with earth. Columns as if "sew" among themselves different types of soil, without allowing them to move down at each other and preventing, thus, further landslides and collapses. |
