Self-locking electromechanical drives of linear type for automation of oar gate with shutters up to 5 m wide and weighing up to 1000 kg.
Description:
2 options of color execution of the case, allow to solve problems of design of automatic gate more flexibly. Anodized or with a powder covering the aluminum case is not subject to influence of aggressive factors of environment.
| Thanks to inclined placement of the engine, the high traction effort of the hinged plug is reached by use in a reducer design only of one transferring step that considerably reduces the mass of the drive. Rotation of the engine through steel a worm is transferred to the gear wheel of the running screw made of bronze. At such combination of constructional materials the friction, heating and wear of details significantly decreases.
The steel pyatizakhodny running screw with a small step of cutting subjected to precision polishing and training, supported by two ball-bearings from a reducer and the sliding bearing from the opposite edge of the drive provides uniform distribution of effort on a contact surface of the hinged plug. Thus, exclusive smoothness of the movement of gate and durability of a design is realized. |
The self-locking reducer reliably locks gate without installation of additional locks. On a case of lack of tension in the power supply network, for opening of gate manually, the strong and convenient handle of an unblocking opening a personal key is provided.
Trailer switches of opening and closing are placed in the groove executed in the top part of a casing of the running screw and protected by a cover. Fast adjustment of final provisions of the course of gate is carried out by simple movement of the carriage of the switch to the necessary point of operation. The starting condenser and trailer was switched off are commutated on a terminal block in the drive case, as a result, all electric connections considerably become simpler. The regular cable clip allows to carry out safe and tight input of a cable of various diameter. |
