Technology of influence by the high - intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU – High Intensive Focus Ultrasound) on epidermis, to a term, subdermalny layers and SMAS (superficial musculoaponevroticheskuyu system).
New level of noninvasive SMAS of lifting by means of the device Doublo. HIFU: high extent of control and impact on structures of skin, visibility of deep layers (scanning to 8 mm).
Two functions of ultrasound: visualizing and therapeutic allow to see all layers of soft fabrics in one device, to influence precisely target structures.
In the therapeutic mode – impact on target structures the focused ultrasound with visualization. Generates ultrasonic impulses, creating thermal control points in fabrics at the set depth.
The sensor transfers images of the site under scanning to the display and allows the expert to determine depth and the place of influence. SMAS is at a depth of 4 - 4,5 mm, but in practice there is SMAS at a depth of 6,2 mm. For this reason, the visualization mode is necessary.

HIFU — the technology of the device "DOUBLO - S" is a method of influence by the high - intensity focused ultrasound on deep layers terms and, in particular, on the SMAS area. Earlier similar effect was observed only after surgical intervention in the SMAS areas, other methods of impact on this structure did not exist.
Creation of lines (up to 25 mm long) from thermal control points, identical in parameters. The structure of the line can be varied, by change of distance between the next points. Quantity of points from 1 to 49
Doublo. HIFU creates controlled points of thermocoagulation at a different depth: lower layers terms, SMAS. The type of the sensor determines the influence depth (depth of focus and frequency of ultrasound). Fabrics which are higher and lower than focus remain intact
Under the influence of high temperatures of SMAS contracts, its area becomes less. SMAS is tightened, entraining facial tissues with which it is connected
