The device is intended for definition of tensile properties of petrobitumens and other plastic materials.

AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS OF THE DEVICE:

• measurement and indication of temperature of the heat carrier in a zone of tests;
• hashing of the heat carrier for ensuring uniform temperature in a test zone;
• stretching at the same time three samples with the set speed with fixing and storing of value of tensile properties and number of test;
• carrying out test on a relaxation for one sample in the following sequence:
1. stretching to the set length or the minimum force with a constant speed;
2. endurance at the set time;
3. compression of a thread with the set speed and maintenance of the minimum force of a tension of a thread after stretching in the set time or before falling of speed of compression of a thread is lower than set.
• storing and storage to 100 last results of tests with delivery on the display and the personal computer: tensile properties, lengths after compression, elasticity and residual expansion, temperature during test, two maximum values of force of a tension of a thread and the corresponding length of a thread during test, the name of test, a name of the laboratory assistant and time of carrying out test;
• storing, storage and delivery to 30 last schedules: stretchings, excerpts, compression;
• a stop of process of stretching upon termination of test;
automatic transfer of results of tests from the device on a radio channel to the personal computer through a subsystem of the wireless interface "PBI Lintel-Link" in the database of the laboratory research Lintel-Lys system. ATTENTION: "Lintel-Link" and "Lintel-Lys" are got separately.
