Useful structure of corn
From the point of view of biochemistry the corn contains vitamins and inorganic substances, valuable to human body, such as vitamins of group B, vitamin C, RR, phosphorus, potassium, fluorine, molybdenum, copper, iodine, etc. The corn rather caloric culture - in 100 g contains about 100 kcal. Scientific researches confirmed high biological and nutrition value of corn, owing to its easy comprehensibility with human body. Regular inclusion in diet of corn is resulted by activation of exchange processes in organism that promotes improvement of health, the general improvement and increase of vitality.
