The concentrated juice of red grapes is made of the fresh, ripe, not spoiled, not overripe berries of grapes by concoction (an evaporation method) to 65 Brix. For production of grape juice grapes of grades Babal and Gamacha Tintorera are used that allows to try to obtain saturated ruby color of a product.

The concentrated juice of red grapes for production of 100% of the restored juice, nectars, juice drinks, low alcohol drinks from a fruit component, baby food, semisweet wines and wine drinks and td is used.
