Carrot juice is produced from the fresh, not impaired a little, not green and not overripe carrots by concoction to 65 BRICS. By production of the concentrated carrot juice genetically modified organisms, sugar, preservatives, dyes, fragrances, and also without any other additives are not used.

The concentrated juice of violet carrots is produced according to requirements of directives of the European Union for fruit juice (EEC 112/2001, according to practice of production of qualitative goods as it is described in Kodekse Alimentarius/W.H.O., the Collection of quality indicators of juice and nectars from fruit and Code of Practice A.I.J.N vegetables. Completely meets standards of Sanitary and epidemiologic standards of Ukraine, Uniform sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements, to goods, subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control), the approved Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299.
Juice of violet carrots is widely used as natural dye for increase in chromaticity (a saturation, brightness) a product. Already in a small amount can improve color and a shade considerably. It is well combined with other concentrated juice, it is stable, at dilution does not demand an additional filtration before pouring.
The concentrated carrot juice for production of 100% of the restored juice, nectars, juice drinks, low alcohol drinks from a fruit component, berry and semisweet wines is used.
