The catalyst parostabilization device in the atmosphere of water vapor (ASTM 3907-03)
The device is intended for preliminary stabilization of the catalyst (microspherical, ball) in the atmosphere of water vapor.
The device imitates process of regeneration of the catalyst.
It is recommended for an assessment of quality of catalysts with the subsequent check of their microactivity on the MAK-10 Lintel® installation.
Design: monoblock, floor type.
AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS OF THE DEVICE:
• measurement of temperature of the reactor and zones of the furnace and display on the display with discretization of 0,1 °C;
• carrying out tests:
- inclusion of heating of the furnace and maintenance of temperatures of zones in the set limits and with the required accuracy;
- counting of necessary intervals of time: a preliminary purge air, a purge air at endurance of temperature, water supply in the reactor and the finishing purge air;
- inclusion/shutdown of valves of air supply and water;
• test stop:
- upon termination of the finishing purge air;
- upon the demand of the operator (Feet button);
- at an emergency.
