HEXEN makes filter cartridges of air purification, oil, fuel and working fluids of the hydraulic systems used in passenger and trucks, road-building cars and the equipment, agricultural machinery.
The company constantly makes huge financial and intellectual means in development of the production technology of filters constantly to conform to the growing requirements of car makers. Wide experience of production, qualified personnel, the hi-tech equipment - all this has allowed to implement modern control systems which conform to the international quality standard of system of management of ISO/TS 16949 at the enterprise.
For production of filter cartridges at plant strict incoming inspection of raw materials and materials is exercised. Quality of products is reached by use of the certified raw materials and materials with obligatory check and tests in the certified factory laboratory, and also observance of requirements of normative and technical and design documentation.
By production of HEXEN filters materials of the highest quality are used: special filter paper, the special impregnating pitches which have allowed to improve considerably quality of filtering and life cycle before replacement. Use of special glue and method of gluing together excludes flaking of filter paper and adhesion of separate folds.
At production of filters special components which possess the increased resistance to action of different hostile environment and high temperatures are used.
