Description
Aluminum shapes of the TATPROF system are made of primary aluminum alloy 6063 on DIN 573-3. In an alloy 6063 the maintenance of the alloying elements is strictly regulated, the content of harmful impurity is reduced. Being fine-grained, it allows to press profiles with more exact geometrical sizes, the best quality of a surface. The manufacturing techniques exclude availability of graphite on a profile that also increases quality of a surface of a profile.
Aluminum shapes become covered with polymeric and powder paint of Teknos firm of production Finland. Distinctive features of paint:
• resistance to an overheat;
• the increased weatherability;
• resistance to influence of ultraviolet rays;
• resistance to influence of chemicals;
• semi-gloss.
To be applied on the painted aluminum shapes the protective tape which protects a covering from damages when transporting, and also at production of designs. Service conditions from -50 °C to +80 °C are applied to sealing of building aluminum constructions ozonostoyky a sealant on the basis of EPDM.
In the combined profiles thermobridges - inserts from steklonapolnenny polyamides of the PA66 brand are applied.
