Besides, thanks to collaboration of the built-in Vimar devices and components of two-wire system (Due Fili), the SoundSystem and DigiBus systems of the Elvox company, the By-me system allows to carry out management of all functions of a videodomofoniya, that is to carry out:
• voice communication between the video on-door speakerphone and the external calling panel;
• opening of the electrolock and inclusion of illumination of steps;
• automatic inclusion of television cameras and their switches;
• an intrasystem call (only for two-wire system).

Video surveillance.
And, at last, the By-me system allows to organize systems of video surveillance by inclusion in its structure of the built-in and/or external television cameras and multiplexers to which the video writing down equipment can be connected; the main functions, management of which is conducted by system, are:
• switching of television cameras and visualization on the monitor of several rooms;
• listening of rooms; Management of climate.
• compatibility with the most widespread types of multiplexers. Thus, the range of the proposed solutions is very wide. Control panels system are issued in built in and in wall execution, in three color options and belong to various types depending on the functions which are carried out by them; it provides a maximum of flexibility and allows to meet any requirements for their installation.

The main characteristic of the By-me system is the flexibility understood as an opportunity at the request of the user to program and reprogram various functions and operations. Thanks to the tire (educated twisted couple) connection of devices among themselves has "logical" character. Each component of the By-me system, beginning from carrying out the simplest functions (for example, the button), can receive signals and the coded teams on the tire. The relevant data circulate on all system, but are accepted only by those devices to which they are intended. Separate switches, devices of the alarm system and actuators (actuation mechanisms) can be connected to the tire in any point; at the same time observance of any obligatory order is not required; their functions and logical connections are set on the control panel by means of the simple prompting menu. Change of a configuration of system on the panel allows to change functions of its elements and the characteristic of work, without affecting conducting. It is the most important advantage of system at application both in inhabited, and in commercial rooms in which more and more frequent phenomenon is change of purpose of certain rooms or differentiation in them (offices with open space, sliding partitions, etc.) . The configuration of system is simplified to a maximum: really, all operations are carried out on the control panel, following indications of the prompting menu without the need for installation of special programs or configurators. Therefore flexibility of system has rather universal character. At any time it is possible to reprogram functions of each of components of system to provide the maximum satisfaction of requirements imposed to each room. The configuration of system provides creation of groups of the devices which are carrying out the same function, for example, the actuator (actuation mechanism) with a relay exit and the corresponding switch (see drawings below at the left). The system allows to create scenarios (at most 32) at which activation some previously set conditions are reproduced (included/switched off / in one way or another the adjusted lighting, the lifted/lowered blinds, the included/switched off alarm system, the included/switched off system of climate control, etc.) which set meets certain situations or the requirements. For example, in case of creation of the scenario "evening" at its activation lowering of all blinds, inclusion of external lighting, turning on of the alarm system on building/site perimeter, inclusion of internal lighting with the adjusted brightness, etc. is possible. Besides the system allows spomoshchyyu the personalized programs (are available to different 16 programs) to exercise control of functions of automatic equipment according to a certain schedule or at approach of certain conditions. For example, it is possible to set the program which will include sprinkling system or external lighting in certain time. For a certain time it is possible to plan performance of several operations: for example, in the morning when the user plans to get up, the internal lighting adjusted on the necessary brightness joins, radio is turned on, blinds rise, the water heater in a bathroom turns on and the alarm system is switched off. Naturally, it is possible to perform the personalized tuning of system according to characteristics of rooms and methods of use of devices (for example, to change names of groups and / or scenarios, parameters, etc.) . The alarm system allows to carry out the scheme including up to 60 devices which can be distributed between 30 various zones and operate by means of contact interfaces giving of technical emergency signals or with the help and radio-frequency interfaces to integrate into system sensors with giving of signals on a radio channel where there was impossible a standard decision. The system joins in whole or in part/is switched off by means of numerical keyboards, transponderny keys or the DU radio-frequency panels and powered from one or two power supply units and one or two blocks of reserve food (depending on the total value of the consumed current); As well as in case of system of automatic equipment, performance of the personalized setup of the alarm system according to characteristics of rooms, methods of use and parameters of various devices is possible. The scope Thanks to the flexibility and universality the By-me system can be applied in premises of any type: individual houses, apartments of the average and big sizes, townhouses, cottages, small and big multiroom.
