FEATURES:

• Can work in the continuous mode by production of sausages or in the mode of the dosed stuffing at which the office of portions is carried out by twisting of a cover. Stuffing is made with a sufficient density, thus, at further heat treatment there is no deformation of a product or local concentration of fat (smudges).
• It is equipped with the compressor by means of which vacuum is reached so that in finished goods there was minimum possible quantity of vials of air.
• The set of replaceable stuffing tubes for production of a wide range of products of various thickness enters set.
• For the purpose of increase in productivity, mainly at continuous giving, the second increased electric motor speed is applied.
• Pedal control ensures easy and uniform functioning of the car.
• For simplification of work of service personnel the vacuum syringe U - 159 can be equipped with the tipper with the cart, identical volume, as the loading funnel of the car, than is reached maximum efficiency of use of the equipment.
