Sublimation press
- the press paint at which paint through sublimation passes from sublimation paper to the painted surface. The method consists that at the press ink or the painting tapes, dye particles instantly heat up a printing head and mix up upon transition to a gas state, deeply getting into structure of the sealed material. The sublimation press can be applied to drawing images on fabric. Unlike other ways of the press allows to apply to fabric photographic images with high quality. The technology allows to receive bright colors steady against influence of environment. With increase in popularity of the sublimation press the new materials used by the most part in advertizing and souvenir products began to appear. Special popularity was gained by the sheets of colored aluminum, a ceramic tile covered with a layer of special polymer into which sublimation paint gets. Thus prize boards, office plates, a phototile and many other things are made.
