Sterilizer gas chanceless FORMOMAT, model 349-1

A series of the devices MMM FORMOMAT contains the technical solutions optimizing process of low-temperature sterilization from the point of view of profitability, workmanship and the organization. The device FORMOMAT provides a broad set of the functions providing a possibility of installation of temperature (55 °C, 60 °C, 75 °C), ease of management from the advanced panel MMM, economical use of necessary working environments, and also validation of process with loading. On the device certificates of conformity to the European standards are issued. It conforms to the state standard specification P EH standard 14180-2008. In the device it is possible to sterilize even very long and narrow hollow objects. FORMOMAT provides excellent results of sterilization without existence of the remains of formaldehyde on the device and walls of the camera. The sterilized objects are ready to use at once after end of a cycle of sterilization. Further airing of the sterilized material is not required.

Features:

• Completely automatic passing of a cycle. Listing of the chart of a cycle on the built-in printer.
• All cycles are suitable for processing of long and hollow objects. The standardized device for tests of PCD 1,5 m long, with an internal diameter of 2 mm.
• Biological control is carried out by means of the same indicators what are applied at sterilization by steam.
• An opportunity to use for packing of tools the same materials, as at sterilization the ferry.
• Lack of the remains of formaldehyde thanks to an effective purge of steam and alternation of airing and creation of vacuum which is promoted by the built-in fan.
• Low expense of the sterilizing agent on a cycle (2 liters of 2% of solution of formaldehyde and 2 liters of the desalinated water).
• Sterilization of the packed and unpacked tools.
• Reproducibility and validiruyemost of cycles of sterilization.
• Existence through passage (two-door option)
