Description

The source of technology current (IP EHS) represents a power cabinet which is integrated into the electrochemical machine of the EHS-5000 model or machines of other models. Consists of blocks of switching of a network, control and management, secondary power supply, and also from two to ten power blocks of forming of technology current (40 V, 2000 A). IP EHS has two independent power contours with a possibility of a task of the modes of their work with development of direct or pulse technology current.

Advantages of IP EHS:

- provides an optimum supply of pulse high-frequency energy in a zone of electrochemical processing;

- has the broad range of regulation of parameters of processing;

- provides reception and installation of operating modes and parameters of the output signals set by the operator of the machine from the industrial workstation (IW) of the machine;

- provides indication on the PRS monitor disturbing and emergencies,

- modular construction,

- availability of two contours of technology current providing simultaneous bilateral electrochemical processing with a possibility of isolated operation of contours.
