System of leveling on asphalt spreaders and road mills of MOBA-Matic Big-Sonic-Ski

The ultrasonic Big Sonic Ski system has a control window of scanning from 9 to 13.5 m which is regulated by means of addition or removal of sections of an aluminum beam. Three sensors installed at equidistant distance from each other consistently scan the same section of the road, allowing the control unit of system to accumulate information on change of distance to a surface on this site eventually. Thus, the system forms in an electronic way averaging of values of a profile on this site, and corrects the provision of a plate to realize the necessary profile in reality. The digital ultrasonic system on the basis of three sensors "MOBA - Matic BIG - SONIC - SKI" is applied to asphalting of highways of federal importance, and also to implementation of large projects.
