The Gerber DCS 2500 system is high-speed static raskroyny system for single-layer or low floorings developed for cutting of big range of materials and fabrics. Cut accuracy 0,001 inches at speed of cutting of 1 m/s. DCS 2500 allows to make curves of plastic, fabric, skin and composite materials. There are different options of width, length and height of raskroyny table. Function of division of table provides high flexibility in work. Thanks to this function it is possible to lay fabric from both parties, and one half of table, with another is cut out so far, the cut-out details are removed. On each party different types of fabrics can be cut out. Large number of replaceable tools, possibility of simultaneous use of three tools and feather, increases flexibility of system and excludes losses of time when changing tools. MDCS 2500 offers reliable and exact cutting for reasonable price. The software for the Windows operating system is easily integrated with the AccuMark systems and the majority of the SAPR systems. The plotter/cutting torch uses standard equipment rooms and program interfaces, for integration of DCS with the existing computer system and file libraries.
