Shchebneraspredelitel MASSENZA is the hinged equipment. Is established on site back board of the dump truck.

• Installation

Shchebneraspredelitel can be established and dismantled within several minutes instead of back board of the dump truck. Preparation under mounting and under hinge plate can be executed within several hours within any metalwork workshop without modification of the vehicle.

• Distribution

Shchebneraspredelitel MASSENZA allows to carry out distributions of crushed stone of any size (surface treatment in the traditional way, dumping of roadsides), dry sand, deicing reagents even in the most small amount, with changeable width of distribution.

• Distribution roller

The roller of distribution turns slowly and constantly. The drive from electric motor, power supply of 24 V from the truck accumulator with the switch located in cabin. Consumption is minimum.

• Distributor

The plates made of metal with small channels guarantee homogeneous distribution of crushed stone to width to 50 cm, than the overall width of the dump truck is more.

• Distribution fillets

Are run at the same time by one lever, with opportunity for everyone to remain closed or to be open to a greater or lesser extent, than others.

• Preparation.

It can be executed by the driver with the stopped vehicle:

1. distributor arrangement
2. regulation of opening of fillets, concerning the size of crushed stone and desirable range of distribution (when the roller is stopped, crushed stone does not pour out)

• Management.

It can be carried out by the driver from cabin:

1. start of the vehicle at the speed demanded for desirable dosage
2. partial raising of body of the dump truck
3. start of roller with the switch located in cabin
4. change of speed of the vehicle in case of need to change dosage

Shchebneraspredelitel MASSENZA does not demand the additional operator as all control is exercised of the driver. Distribution is carried out most precisely and very quickly: on average, the truck with crushed stone will be empty less than in 5 minutes.
