The mill consists of the lower part of the body, a shock facing, fastening of pendulums to which shredding shaft, and upper part of the body are fixed. Pressure necessary for crushing process is reached by means of centrifugal forces. The rotating pendulums help to achieve this effect. Thanks to centrifugal forces shredding shaft are pressed to a shock facing. Rotational speed of shaft about 6 - 8 m/s depending on material.
Rollers are used to thin crushing of materials of soft and average hardness, in particular easy, sticky and sensitive to temperature. Productivity of this type of machines varies from 100 to 80 000 kg/h. Crushing and drying are possible as well for materials which humidity is reached by 35% (clay).
