The Trade Project company represents cases of a shock freezing of the Italian producer of Everlasting. They are intended for fast cooling and freezing of the product which passed thermal treatment. At the same time all nutritious and organoleptic properties of a product remain invariable, and also loss of weight and development of bacteria in the cooled product is excluded. The equipment can be used in rooms the air temperature in which reaches + 430C.
They are made completely of stainless steel (AISI 304), have the electronic control panel, compulsory air circulation in a chamber, ecologically safe R 404A coolant, polyurethane thermal insulation, a magnetic sealant of a door, a temperature probe regulated on leg height.
