Tests of various materials on the skilled NEA installation showed that by means of the radial qualifier installed on shock and roll mills it is possible to reach increase in productivity by 30 - 160% in comparison with static qualifiers and for 10 - 50% in comparison with dynamic axial qualifiers. This effect is gained thanks to application more than 30 improvements.


The radial NEA qualifier has a compact and simple design, and also convenient access to internal parts. Costs of maintenance are minimized. Fast and exact management of extent of crushing and quality of a product can be reached by setup of the engine with a variable speed. It is very important advantage at frequent change of the products having various properties.
