Polyurethane varnish on a water basis for a bulk floor.

Appointment:

It is applied as a finishing protective and decorative layer on coverings of GUDLAYN PU-11 or GUDLAYN EP-22. The polyurethane varnish is steady against influence of UF-radiation.

Technical characteristics:

• appearance and color of a covering - transparent colourless opaque;
• theoretical expense on a single-layer covering - 0,08–0,10 ^kg/sq.m;
• thickness of one dry layer – 30-40 microns;
• drying time to degree 3 in accordance with GOST 19007-73 at a temperature (20±2) °C and relative humidity of air (65±5) % - 2 h, no more.

Drawing conditions:

• temperature indoors - from +5 °C to +40 °C;
• relative humidity of air - no more than 80%.

Hardening time:

• weak pedestrian loading - in 6-8 h;
• intensive pedestrian loading - in 3 days;
• full loading (including traffic on rubber to the course) - in 14 days.

Storage conditions:

Temperature of storage and transportation of a basis and hardener from +5 °C to +30 °C.
