Drying

In our production we use natural (shadow) drying with languor. Green material from fields is brought on drying complexes, passes a languor stage, and then, is strung manually, or special machines on a twine ("gavanka").

Also natural Solntseva's method of drying is used. The same procedure, as at shadow drying, but tobacco dries under a film at direct exposure to sunlight. Tobacco in this case gets yellow and orange tone.

Such types of drying much more labor-consuming, than used at the time of the USSR, a method of the accelerated fire drying. During a season (the middle of July - the beginning of September) a large number of working hands (to 500 people) and a set of the drying areas is required.
