Voltage stabilizer - the converter of electric energy allowing to receive at the exit tension which is in the set limits at much big fluctuations of entrance tension and resistance of loading. Are intended for chains of alternating current with a rated voltage of 220B, with a frequency of 50 Hz, are supplied with protection against an overheat, an overload, a high and low voltage, and also indication of a condition of the device and control of the entering and proceeding current.
The stabilizer works by the principle of the step correction of tension which is carried out by switching of withdrawal of a winding of the autotransformer by means of simistorny keys under control of the microcontroller watching tension level in a network.
Besides the speed of the processor gave the chance to create more exact stabilizers with use of two-cascade system of regulation.
Two-cascade stabilizers process tension in two stages. For example, the first cascade has only 4 steps. After rough processing the second cascade and tension turns on it happens to ideal.
Use of the two-cascade scheme of regulation allowed to reduce prime cost of products because both cascades use the same autotransformer.
For an exception of distortions of a sinusoid, the simistor needs to be included exactly in a zero point of a sinusoid of tension. For this purpose the processor does several tens voltage measurements and at the right time gives a powerful impulse on a simistor, provoking its inclusion (unlocking).
But before making it, it is necessary to check whether the previous simistor was switched off, differently there will be counter current (simistor rather difficult elements and cases of not shutdown in management can take place for many reasons, for example, at hindrances).
Having measured microcurrents, the processor analyzes a condition of electronic keys and only after that performs operations.
