Professional unicomponent polyurethane polyurethane foam of the ANTIA trademark. Specially developed formula provides high quality and is applied in the household and professional sphere as an ideal sealant. It is used in a set with the special gun. In the course of work the squeezed - out foam hardens under the influence of moisture which receives from air and in the hardened state possesses the increased resistance to influence of chemicals.

• It is applied to installation and consolidation at installation of boxes of doors, window frames, filling of seams, cracks and various emptiness. It is recommended to apply at air temperature from - 5ºC to + 35ºC. • Fine adhesion to concrete, a stone, a tree, metal, aluminum (the exception makes polyethylene, teflon and silicone). • Provides excellent thermo - and sound insulation. The thermal stability of the hardened foam from - 55ºC to + 90ºC. • Time of full hardening of polyurethane foam 24 hours. A foam exit to 50 liters, depending on temperature and humidity of air of environment. • The ANTIA polyurethane foam does not destroy an ozone layer of the atmosphere.

Instruction for application

• Before application it is necessary to sustain a cylinder at a room temperature not less than 12 hours. • Prepare surfaces on which foam will be applied: they have to be pure, previously humidified - for better coupling. • Carefully shake up a cylinder (about 20 - 30 times), for receiving more uniform consistence of solution. • Install a cylinder with foam in the assembly gun by means of the screw, previously having removed a protective cover from a cylinder. The working provision of a cylinder - a bottom up. • Fill a seam approximately half, other space at expansion will be filled by foam. • An exit of foam is regulated by the special screw on the gun. During a break twirl the screw completely, and a cylinder leave wound on the gun. • Surfaces which were incidentally polluted by foam in operating time and also surplus and the unconsolidated foam can be removed with the special clearing ANTIA PU FOAM CLEANER liquid.
