Not less important place in activity of the company "Codru – ST" occupies production of other fruit, namely - PLUMS as fresh, and in the form of dried fruits. In a diet of each person of plum take not less important place, than apples and grapes, the recommended volume of annual consumption of plums makes more than 5% of total amount of the consumed fruit. Fruits of plum are rich with mineral substances, proteins make 0,8%, the content of organic acids in plums makes 0,4-3,5%, sucrose of 4,0-21,4%, pectinaceous substances of 0,2-1,5%. The pectinaceous substances which are contained in fruit, and especially in plums take the important place in medicine at fight against such frustration as: absorption and a conclusion of toxic substances from a digestive tract at fight against cardiovascular diseases; for the prevention of emergence of cancer of digestive tract, etc.
