Pipes and fitting are made of modern material - Polypropylene Random Copolymer
("Rand copolymer" PPRC Type 3) are issued in the wide range of diameters. Production is intended for installation of pipelines of different function: systems of cold, hot water supply, heating and technological pipelines of food and chemical industry, production.
Results of the carried-out laboratory and certified researches show that technical harak-teristik of pipes and a fitting meet standards of the state standard specifications, DIN and TSE standards.
Pipes and fitting meet the most modern requirements imposed to production as from production - technological effectiveness, quality, material capacity, and from the consumer - the range, reliability, durability, esthetics.
Besides that is especially valuable, polypropylene belongs to a class of polyolefins and as all representatives of this class, is an environmentally friendly product, transferring the quality to the products made of it and ensuring safety of conducting technological process.
Production includes the wide range of pipes and connecting elements with a diameter from 16
to 160 mm that allows to mount pipeline systems of any complexity.
A linear row of production includes the pipes reinforced:
- the aluminum reducing temperature and linear expansions of pipes and penetration of oxygen into the heat carrier that allows to apply them in systems of heating
- the fiber glass giving to pipes big cross rigidity and providing easier installation as when welding pipes cleaning is not required.
Pipes and connecting details from polypropylene (gray and white color) "Copolymer" (PP-R) are applied by rand in systems of cold and hot water supply in residential, office and industrial buildings, in systems of heating, water treatment, pneumowires and technological pipelines.
Polypropylene "Rand copolymer", received as a result of reaction of polymerization of propylene and ethylene in certain proportions, defines the main physical and chemical properties of the pipes and a fitting made of this material.
Pipelines (fitting and polypropylene pipes) mounted from this material do not rust, do not change taste and chemical properties of the proceeding liquid.
