Description
Are used for pasteurization of wines for the purpose of removal from wine of microorganisms. Also three-phasic lamellar pasteurizers are used one, two. In a three-phasic pasteurizer preliminary heating in recovery section, pasteurization and cooling of a product is carried out.
It can be equipped with the additional pipeline for endurance of a product within several seconds at a pasteurization temperature.
Pasteurizers are equipped with system of automatic control and regulation of temperature of pasteurization and temperature of a product at the exit from the device; automatic recirculation of a product between an entrance and an exit of installation in a case of a stop of the line of processing.
The pasteurizer has two product yields - with a temperature of 50-55 °C and 20-25 °C depending on necessary technology. Cooling in the third section is made by a hladonositel with a temperature about 2 °C.
In a two-phasic pasteurizer there is no cooling stage.
In single-stage there is only a pasteurization section.
