Paper for pastries.
Paper is used as gasket material at baking of bakery goods and production of confectionery products. Paper is applied in technology processes at temperature of 230-290 °C.

Use of paper allows to eliminate formation of the contaminating crust, it is more opposite to exclude washing and use of oil, to lower energy costs and to master production of new types of products.
