Production
At our enterprise there is a full cycle of production of pallets from preparation of the round wood to a finished product. At the moment enterprise capacities allow to make more than 10 thousand pallets a month with the best ratio of the price and quality. High quality of new pallets (pallets) is provided due to use in their production of modern technologies and the equipment.
Production of pallets
The production SC base "Vus-palet" of SRL is presented by two full-scale industrial complexes located in the city of Chisinau.
Outputs make more than 70 000 pallets a month. High-performance complexes on production of pallets allow to release pallets of the European quality.
Production is equipped modern European (STORTI, Italy) with the automatic transfer line of a skolotka of pallets and pneumoguns, with use of ershony and screw nails.
Modern chambers for drying of pallets with a total amount more than 550 CBM allow to manufacture pallets in strict accordance with the international standard on phytosanitary measures of ISPM 15.
ISPM 15 standard
This Standard contains the phytosanitary measures necessary for decrease in risk "introductions and/or distribution of the quarantine harmful organisms postponed with the wood packing materials (including fixing wood) made of the raw coniferous and deciduous wood and which are used in international trade".
Use of modern technologies at production of pallets, allow us not only to manufacture pallets of the standard Russian and European sizes, but also to quickly make any non-standard pallets, according to requirements of customers.
