Mnogogolovochny TAJIMA TFMX, TFMX-II embroidery machine
In September, 2004 Tajima Industries has released the new mnogogolovochny TFMX embroidery machine in which has integrated advanced technologies, the saved-up experience and wishes of the leading global manufacturers of embroidery.
The car has the high speed and reliability, favourably differs in the raised noise isolation and the economical mode of electricity consumption. Memory of the car (2 million horns) is capable to contain in itself to 200 files. High speed of operation of the processor allows to pass quickly from the project to the project and from window to window that increases convenience of operation. The clear and convenient 6.5-inch Color liquid crystal display and special buttons, have compact design and convenient arrangement that allows to work intuitively. Process of embroidery is displayed on the screen in real time <STALEMATE>. Data entry is carried out both by means of diskettes, and by means of memory cards.
Using the software of Tajima DG/ML by Pulse, you can integrate your embroidery machines in network. Combination of embroidery machines in network gives additional control of process of production, allows to organize working environment more effectively. The organization of such network allows to load files into memory of the embroidery machine directly from the computer on which the software of Tajima DG/ML is established, i.e. from workplace of the designer programmer, and also to look through reports on efficiency of productivity of your cars on such indicators as: frequency of thread breakage, mistake, personal number of the operator, operating time, etc.
TFMX is made in three modifications:
1) UNIVERSAL CAR Gives the chance to apply embroidery with any circulations on wide range of products thanks to different tambour and frames. The embroidery is possible: - in tambour (embroidery on cut, on ready-to-wear clothes, including on t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets) - on products of cylindrical form, such as: ready tight trousers, gloves, cuffs, socks, gaiters, handbags for bottles * - embroidery on head wears for adults and for children - the embroidery in frame allows to do embroidery on all cloth
* - only at TAJIMA cars
2) THE CAR FOR THE EMBROIDERY IN THE CLOTH AND THE CUT It is intended for embroidery, both small, and big parties in cloth and in cut.
3) THE CAR FOR THE EMBROIDERY OF VERY BIG SIZES This modification possesses very big field of embroidery of 1200 mm × 600 (1200) mm and interval between heads of 600 mm. The interval can be increased about 1200 mm due to shutdown of the next heads that increases the field of embroidery on width. The model is irreplaceable for drawing embroidery on banners, flags, curtains, for embroidery on trousers and long skirts on all length.
