MIXACO's EC Revolution Mixer Cooler is truly noteworthy as it is the world's only refrigerated mixer that mixes and cools without mechanical agitation tools inside the mixing chamber. The mixer is equipped with water cooling modules, which gives obvious advantages: on the one hand, the ingredients are mixed and cooled delicately and without mechanical damage, on the other hand, the mixer does not consume additional energy.

Principle of operation

The cooling jacket of the EC Revolution mixer - cooler features an optimized hydrodynamic water supply and large internal cooling elements, which provide a large cooling surface while reducing the size and power of the electric drive.

First, the mixing chamber of the EC Revolution mixer is installed in the loading position and filled with ingredients, then rotates around the horizontal axis in mixing mode. The mixing chamber can be cleaned by opening the locking covers.
