Mastic roofing TEKHNONIKOL No. 21 (Tekhnomast)
Tekhnomast mastic represents material, completely ready to application, on the basis of the oil bitumen modified by artificial rubber, technological additives, mineral fillers and organic solvent. Coverings on its basis possess high elasticity, durability of coupling with the basis, heat resistance, resistance to moisture influence.
Scope
- devices mastic and repair of all types of roofs (in a combination to fiber glass fabric, rolled materials and without them;
- waterproofing protection of building constructions (the bases, cellars, piles, and other objects buried to the earth or contacting to the damp environment);
- waterproofing and anticorrosive processing of metal surfaces, including pipes, bodies of cars; waterproofings of floors of pools, bathtubs, shower;

Works
Before application mastic needs to be mixed carefully. The processed surface has to be the dry, cleared of dust, oil, frost and other pollution. To apply mastic layer-by-layer with a brush, the pallet, or in bulk with leveling by special fungi. Mastic consumption on one layer no more than 2 kg. Range of temperatures of application from-10 C to +40 C. At a negative temperature mastic is recommended to be warmed up. Time of drying of one layer depending on thickness of 12-24 h. Time of a final set of properties of 7 days.
Expense:
for the waterproofing device - 2,5-3,5 kg on sq.m;
for gluing - 1 kg on sq.m;
Packing:
Mastic is packed into metal buckets on 20 kg, 10 kg.
